Changelog
A little more deftevery day.
Changes to the engine and apps, newest first. Every number was re-measured with the same method.
- chukchuk.ezbuilder.app is open, with a demo that runs the app engine inside the browser.
- Much larger vocabulary: Korean word forms 116K → 3.98M, English words 44K → 320K.
- Average time per key cut from 4.39 µs to 0.42 µs (p99 15.0 µs → 1.0 µs), with practically no memory allocation on letter keys.
- Signed vocabulary packs can be loaded; if a pack is bad, the built-in dictionary keeps working.
- Test-set word errors 88 → 79 (accuracy 99.936% → 99.943%).
- Learned words and stats can be saved immediately, so they survive the keyboard closing or the app being killed.
- Tells mobile auto-capitalization apart from a real Shift. Word accuracy in that condition went from 88.13% to 99.96%.
- Can offer spelling suggestions (e.g. 햇어 → 했어) without applying them automatically.
- Dark mode across the app and keyboard (light, dark, automatic).
- Keyboard customization: five key heights, spacing, one-handed mode, layout choice and editor.
- The suggestion bar can show both what you typed and what it became.
- Words are re-read after periods and brackets, so inputs like www.naver.com or (AI)로 are handled as one unit.
- First engine: 2-set Korean detection, revert, word learning, selected-text conversion and Han/Eng savings stats.
